No. The price we quote is the price you pay. If we arrive and find something that could change the scope, like a surface that is significantly more soiled than described, we tell you before we start. You approve any change before we proceed.

Yes. Booking two or more services together gives us the ability to offer bundle pricing. Mention what you are looking to have done when you request a quote and we will factor that in.

Payment is due when the job is complete and you are satisfied with the result. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and card. We will confirm the payment method before the job so there are no surprises.

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to remove tough buildup from hard surfaces like concrete and pavers. Soft washing uses lower pressure combined with biodegradable cleaning solutions. It is safer for delicate surfaces like wood siding, painted surfaces, and roofing. We use whichever method is right for the surface.

Not when done correctly. We match the method and pressure to the surface. Concrete and pavers get high pressure. Wood, siding, and painted surfaces get soft wash or low-pressure technique. We know what each surface can handle.

You do not need to be home as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and a water source. We will confirm those details before arriving. If you want to be there, we are happy to walk you through everything when we are done.

Yes. We pre-wet plants and landscaping before and after applying any cleaning solutions, and we use eco-conscious biodegradable products. If you have specific garden beds or plants you are concerned about, let us know when you book and we will take extra care around them.

A single-service job like a driveway or deck usually takes 1 to 2 hours. A full house exterior can take 2 to 4 hours depending on size. Multi-service jobs take longer. We will give you a time estimate before we arrive.

Yes, as a bundled add-on to exterior wash services. Mention it in your quote request and we will include it in the pricing. We do not book gutter cleaning as a standalone service.

Pool area cleaning covers the pool deck, coping, surrounding concrete, and splash zones. We remove algae, mildew, grime, and calcium buildup. We do not clean the inside of the pool itself.

No. We use eco-conscious biodegradable cleaning solutions that are safe around pools. We are careful about runoff and keep any product away from the water line. If you have specific concerns about your pool chemistry let us know beforehand.

Yes. Coping is one of the areas we specifically cover in pool area cleaning. Calcium deposits and algae on coping are common in Austin and we handle them as part of the service.

Yes. We work around pumps, filters, heaters, and any other equipment on site. If you point out anything specific you want us to avoid we will make note of it before we start.
